Section 7: Acknowledgment and Agreement Consent
Terms and Condition
Menara Language Centre (MLC) has the right to reject any application or accommodation application.
MLC reserves the right to revise and amend the rules and regulations at any time.
Application for student pass is subject to timely approvals by the Malaysian Immigration Department.
Only completed documents with a prior payment will be processed.
After accommodation application is approved, applicant can book the accommodation within a specific period. Accommodation is considered booked only with a full payment of deposit within the period given.
Student requesting for student pass is subject to immigration rules and MLC rules.
MLC has the right to repel or dismiss any student whom disobeyes or misconducts without any warning notification.
Students of MLC must adhere and obey the rules and regulation set by MLC.
MLC reserves the right to review and revise the fees annually. The fees indicated in fees structure may not be applicable in the subsequent semesters.
Monthly tuition fees must be paid in advance before the first day of the semester. Our academic calendar is structures on semester basis. (Please refer to MLC academic calendar).
Any student with conditional offer whose actual results do not meet the entry requirement of the programme is eligible for a prorated refund of the tuition fees paid.
Refund Policy
Visa processing fee is not refundable once the application is created.
Refundable visa processing fee is only 80% from the total visa processing fee once document processing has taken place.
Tuition fee, book fees and accommodation fees are refundable under the cases below:
Before the semester starts: 100% refund
1st – 10th working day from the commencement date: 50% refund.
After 10th working day from the commencement date: No refund.
